Orders & Custom-Made Shoes

Our custom-made shoes are handcrafted specifically for you based on your measurements and preferences. Each pair is individually produced to ensure a unique fit and experience.
Custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Changes cannot be made once production has started. Please review all measurements and customization details carefully before confirming your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Custom-made footwear typically requires approximately 30 days. Ready-made styles generally arrive within 20–25 days depending on availability.
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only in cases involving manufacturing defects or damage.
Exchanges may be offered for manufacturing defects or sizing issues provided the shoes remain unworn and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
