Terms of Sale
By placing an order on our Site, you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. After submitting your order, you will be directed to an “Order Receipt” page that confirms your details, your order, and provides an order reference number. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer, and we will take payment on the day your order is placed. Once your payment details have been verified, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods, and the contract between you and Bella Shoes is completed when you receive the goods. We will send you a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email once your order has been dispatched. Up until dispatch, your order may be subject to further validation checks.
We can only accept orders for items that are shown as in stock on the Site. If an item is out of stock, we offer an option to notify you via email when the item becomes available again. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply any of the items in your order, we will notify you by email. If you have already paid for the item, a full refund will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, situations where we cannot obtain payment authorisation. We are not liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any items from the Site, removing, screening, or editing content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Availability
We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Site for any particular purpose. Pricing and Taxes
All prices on our Site are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian regulations.
Orders must be placed using an Indian billing address and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). For international orders, prices and taxes may vary, and additional duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s import regulations.

Payment
Payment for orders may be made using a credit card, debit card, or UPI. The card used must be registered to the billing address provided. We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once your order is placed. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Bella Shoes, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
We take reasonable care to ensure our Site is secure. All credit/debit card transactions on our Site are processed through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a protected environment.
During the order process, we may validate your name, address, and other personal information against appropriate third-party databases. By placing an order on edencollection.co.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to these checks. These checks may involve disclosing personal information to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of the information provided. This is solely to confirm your identity; no credit check is performed, and your credit rating will remain unaffected.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your order and payment details, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer due to unauthorised access to data provided during your use of the Site.
Amendments
We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Please ensure you check your order details are correct before submitting it to us.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders can be delivered either to an address within India. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and freight forwarding addresses.
We will endeavour to deliver within the timeframes stated. Sometimes, factors outside of our control will prevent us from delivering on time. At peak times we may lengthen estimated delivery times or suspend other delivery options.
We are responsible for each package until it is delivered (or, in the case of an order delivered to store, when the goods are in your possession) at which point responsibility for your purchased goods transfers to you. If a signature is obtained from someone other than you at the delivery address you have specified then you accept that this signature constitutes evidence of delivery and responsibility for the goods transfers to you in the same way.
If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver you will be notified telling you where your order can be collected from or notifying you when delivery will be attempted again.
If the parcel you receive is damaged or has been tampered with please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and reject the package if there are items missing.
Disputed deliveries will be fully investigated with the couriers and may take up to 10 business days (from the time we are notified) to be resolved.

Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer a refund for unworn, full-priced items within 7 days and sale items within 3 days from the date the goods were delivered to you. For regular-sized shoes, you may return them within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and returned in a resalable condition in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Custom Made Shoes:
Please be aware that custom-made shoes are non-cancellable and non-returnable once the order is placed.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt of the returned items. Please allow an additional 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Returns
You can return any eligible items purchased online for a refund using one of the following methods:

Exchange:
In case of exchange for different sizes, we will do the same in case of regularly sized items. However, we can not do the same for custom fit shoes. The customer has to bear the charges of delivering the shoes back to us, in original re-saleable conditions.
Cancelling Your Order
Customers in India have the right to cancel their entire order, provided you give us written notification a day after the order has been placed.
