Thank you for shopping with the Eden Collection! Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Custom-Made Products
- All custom-made products are specifically designed and crafted based on your individual measurements and preferences. As such, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for custom-made shoes unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Please ensure that all measurements and custom details are accurate at the time of placing your order, as modifications after production has started will not be possible.
- Ready-Made Products
- For ready-made shoes, we offer a return and refund policy within 3 days of receiving the product, but only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage. The product must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Any signs of wear will void the refund.
- To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@edencollection.co.in with your order details and photos of the defect.
- Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases, such as severe production delays or product issues beyond the usual scope, a refund may be issued at our discretion. For such matters, please reach out directly to karan@edencollection.co.in for assistance.
- Order Processing & Delivery
- Custom-Made Shoes: Since each pair is made to order, production and delivery take approximately 30 days . However, delays may occur due to the complexity of the design or supply chain issues. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
- Ready-Made Sizes: For ready-made shoes, delivery times range between 20-25 days, depending on the style and availability.
- We will notify you via email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
- Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value (as specified at checkout). For orders below this value, shipping charges will apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- In case a replacement product is provided, the costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Changes, Return Policy & Cancellations
- Orders for custom-made shoes cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
- Ready-made shoe orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Under no circumstances do we accept returns, products may be exchanged in case of manufacturing defects and sizing issues (if returned in the original condition – unworn and undamaged).
- Product Care
- To ensure the longevity of your Eden Shoes, please follow our care instructions, which will be provided with your order. Improper use or care of the product voids any warranty or guarantee associated with it.

Leather Shoes
- Cleaning: Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. For deeper cleaning, use a leather cleaner designed for your shoe’s specific type of leather.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.
- Water Protection: Use a water-repellent spray designed for leather to protect against moisture. If your shoes get wet, allow them to air dry naturally—avoid direct heat sources.
Suede Shoes
- Cleaning: Use a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap. Avoid using water, as it can stain suede.
- Stain Removal: For stains, use a suede eraser or a specialized stain remover. Gently rub the area until the stain lifts.
- Water Protection: Treat with a suede protector spray before wearing to help repel water and stains.
Woven Shoes
- Cleaning: Gently wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking them in water, as this can cause the material to lose its shape.
- Drying: If they get wet, stuff them with paper towels to help them retain their shape and allow them to air dry away from direct heat.
Moccasins

Heeled and Summer Boots

- Storage: Store with boot trees or stuffed with paper to help them maintain their shape.

How to give measurements for last:
Step-by-Step Measurement Process
- Prepare Your Feet:
- Make sure your feet are clean and dry.
- It’s best to measure at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest due to slight swelling.
- Trace Your Feet:
- Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall or a straight edge.
- With a pen or pencil held vertically, trace around your foot. Make sure to keep the pen close to your foot for an accurate outline.
- Repeat this process for the other foot, as one foot may be larger than the other.
- Measure Foot Length:
- Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the longest distance from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel (the part touching the wall).
- Note this measurement in centimeters (cm) or inches (in).
- Measure Foot Width:
- Measure the widest part of your foot (usually across the ball area) while standing.
- Write down this measurement as well.
- Arch Height (Optional):
- If you want to specify the arch height, stand on a flat surface with your feet parallel.
- Use a ruler to measure from the ground to the highest point of your arch. This is particularly helpful for specific shoe designs that may require extra support.
- Ankle Circumference (Optional):
- For certain styles, you may need to measure around your ankle. Use the measuring tape to wrap around the narrowest part of your ankle and record the measurement.
- Sending Measurements:
- Compile all measurements, including foot length, width, arch height, and ankle circumference if applicable.
- Include your name, preferred shoe style, and any specific design details in your message.
